USP is the object that differentiate from others by any special characteristic.Its the positioning statement that directly the customers through our brand.
A USP add strong competitive advantage over the rival firms in the market. USP can be regarded as self generated asset which helps to capture market share from its potential rivals moreover ,it distinguishes a firm apart from all others. for ex- standardized packaging, after sale service ,economies of scale etc
